Recensie Vladislavs Nastavsevs

Originally Vladislavs Nastavševs is a theatre producer from Latvia, but he is also known for his amazing musical pieces which consists of him playing the piano and singing… singing like no one has ever sung before, because his voice can go to unbelievably high notes which sound just magical.

Vladislavs performed at Positivus Nature stage, which fitted just perfectly for his intimate and minimalistic performance. Singing his own songs (written together with artist Toms Auniņš), he made the audience feel exactly what they looked for: a little relaxation from the rest of the festival. Vladislavs Nastavševs sung beautifully sad songs about death and from time to time he added clever and on point sarcastic comments. The way he used his mobile phone to read the lyrics, was another level of simple and charming, because not everyone can pull off that kind of statement.

It truly was a pleasure to see him perform with such a powerful emotion that for a moment everyone forgot where they were.
